In March, RCN required over an unauthorized draft of $700 out-of my banking account. The payment mistake was for gear which was previously delivered. It has triggered substantial difficulty for my loved ones.

I'd gotten a statement for that $700 quantity prior to the draft, so when I named RCN I had been guaranteed that I'd not be charged for this which it confirmed on my consideration the gear was delivered. Affirmed, a couple of days following the deadline about the statement, there is an unauthorized draft on my banking account from RCN. I've been about the telephone with customer service at RCN all night looking to get my cash back. Each time I consult with them-they declare it'll consider four to six months to obtain my cash back. I've sent them my bank claims with their own payment claims to me (this amazes me), but still nothing.

It's been over per month and that I still do not have my income. Run did this in my experience for over $700 once and that I submitted a match against them. It had been the only path to obtain my cash back. It would appear that RCN performs exactly the same techniques with payment mistakes and does not care how it affects the customer. Obviously, we all know the businesses contain the cash for curiosity and just provide it when they definitely need to. This sort of enterprise fraud ought to be excessively illegitimate and really should result large penalties for that organization. It's dishonest and affects customers.

I've filed grievances for this sort of fraud using the Boston attorney-general, my representative, the FTC, the FCC, and also the BBB, and just the BBB returned in my experience. I believe the FTC must consider this payment exercise and outlaw it within the Usa.
