Unauthorized Charges-Not My DTV Account!

I formerly settled a DTV statement for my dad in 02/09 and 03/09. On 06/01/09 and 06/02/09, I had been billed $574.19 from DTV. I named and told them-this statement isn't mine, consequently, it's not my responsibilty to cover it. The client support representative, Lauren, decided and required I send a printout from my lender to her which means this might be attributed back again to me. Used to do so instantly. She subsequently called back as rude as she might be, declaring since my card was once utilized, it is about the consideration like a "cost choice" and that I existed in the tackle formerly therefore it'll not be returned. I expected her to deliver me something, actually an electric signature, with my agreement to become accountable for my uncles statement. Please protest to these businesses when you have a problem with DTV. Perhaps enough grievances can get them to alter their questionable and overall ILLEGITIMATE payment methods.
