Bill discrepancies and service suspension

Hi there,

The services of my cellular phone number 778-995-0479 have been suspended since Nov. 05. The reason cited has been non-payment of my dues. I had recd. Two hardware packages which I returned without opening and the tracking details confirm their return to the actual shipper via UPS. The tracking numbers are:

1Z 030 FE2 D9 1374 5537and1Z 02E 88R DK 5032 6421 At every monthly bill payment date I had been advised to pay for the near average amount of my monthly bills, for example $55-65 for the last 3 months as the billing correction has been expected to take some time. I spoke to ROGERS customer service representatives, tracking department representatives, billing and account receivable representatives for more than 10 times since August 15 and more often after the suspension of services. But nothing has been done for last 3 months and now my cell phone is dead. I spent more than an hour each time, while talking to different representatives. I am fed up with these time consuming and yet zero yielding efforts. Now that I have decided to take consumer protection act services. I would like to hear from some responsible and decision making management representative regarding this harassment and further action.
