Overcharges and programing we did not order or authorize!

We have been a DishNetwork customers for numerous years. Since June we have been in contact with numerous DishNetwork customer service representatives each trying to understand our concerns of overcharges and programing we did not order or authorize. None of DishNetwork customer service representatives have been able to determine or audit who authorized these changes to add programing. We did not authorize any programing changes on our account. We understood there was a rate increase that took effect on the May 26 bill with the new total monthly charge of $89.10 as per the DishNetwork Live Assistance online chat with Thiana (ID: LCA). Our monthly DishNetwork bills continue to bill incorrectly and the correct credits have not been correctly applied that the DishNetwork representatives were going to apply each time. The June 26 bill was not $89.10 as confirmed by the DishNetwork Live Assistance online chat with Thiana (ID: LCA) but was instead $102.23. These and other over charges have continued in to 2013 even after three attempts to have this correct by DishNetwork.

The bill received yesterday is $176.36 with even more programming that we did not order. Why can DishNetwork not this this billing and program for their customers correct?

If a DishNetwork representative reads this we need their assistance with having the credits applied and restrict/block anyone from making programing changes to the account as this has become a very unsatisfying customer service experience with DishNetwork.

The only monthly services that should be billed are the following four:

DVR Service
HD Solo Receiver
Protection Plan

Please help restore our customer service expectation to remain a loyal customer of DishNetwork.
