Acai Berry Cleanse
Cannot cancel & was billed full price in the middle of my trial period

I ordered a trial size of Acai Berry all natural cleanse. After trying if for 4 days, I called to cancel any future autoship orders. I made these calls 6 days before my trial perod was to end. When I called the number listed above, I was given another number, then another... I ended up with 4 different phone numbers, 3 of which said I wasn't in their system. The 4th phone number had a 50 minute wait time due to the overdue demand for their products. Not! But, here's the clincher. After 14 calls and getting no assistance, I check ed my back account. And, sure enough, they charged me for my 1st autoship, long before the trial period was over. After finding that they had hit my account, I called back several times & got a live human to talk to. Explained to her that I had to SOMEWHERE in the system since they knew enough about me to debit my account. She asked for my credit card number, assuring me that she could find me via the card number. I couldn't believe it. Luckily I have an wonderful bank. They immediately canceled my cards & are reimbursing the funds that were taken without permission. They are also filing a complaint with the Federal Fraud commission. Regarding the named State of the business, I'm not even sure it is Arizona. I think that is what is said on the package, but it was sent bulk mail with no other address info. Thanks for taking thee time to read this. If everyone who has had similar proglems with this company, do file a complaint. Oh, I tried to access their customer support e mail @ www.support@centralcoastnutra.net and the sight is gone. It was there 2 days ago, because I went to it several times.
