Cancellation return

Taken care of three years support in July. Desired to stop outstanding contract. They stated my $233.00 credit was posted to payment for running 10-01. Used to do not get the resources. I approached on line five times over 8 weeks and created 7 telephone calls during same time. I'm informed that I'll get a telephone call with 24-72 hours. No body actually contacts me.

I've not obtained the resources and that I am left completely disappointed.
