I bought a vehicle and obtained funding through citifinancial car. I shipped in a check for my payment per month plus they published it for 200 bucks significantly more than that which was created about the check. I've approached them many times and that I was usually advised somebody will-call me back. Sadly no body actually called back. I also had one boss hang-up in my own experience plus one shout at me about the telephone. After I desired to talk to their superior they hung-up the telephone. I believe there must be a to record terrible customer support therefore these folks wont believe they are able to handle paying clients any type of method.
