Awful company

The corporation provides providers in several states-including Virginia were I'm situated. I tried to acquire house telephone support with this specific organization & not just did I NOT get the services that I taken care of I can not obtain a reimbursement for all those providers. I settled them over $90 for telephone support to my house & was informed the support could be productive in 48-72 hours. After 8 business days of recurring calls looking for out why my support hadn't be instated when I was informed it'd be, and being hung-up on many times, I approached the organization to stop my purchase.

In attempting to stop the purchase they experimented with attempt to persuade me they couldn't return the whole quantity that I'd taken care of the providers that used to do not get. They attempted to demand they might just return some of the cash. I had been informed they could be maintaining $15 of my cash as some form of handling charge. I thought these were looking to get taken care of providers they never supplied.

After being transferred many times & talking to a number of various people I eventually talked with somebody who had the expert to return the whole quantity of the deposit I'd settled. The only real issue with that's been I'venot obtained my cash by yet. I talked having a DPi worker a few months before & was informed that my check have been shipped on December 31st. I talked with somebody a week ago since I still have not received my cash & was informed that it might occupy to 4 weeks for me personally to get cash which was settled for them for providers I never obtained. This appears excessively extreme when it comes to time for you to get a reimbursement for providers NOT preformed.
