I've been students in the College of Phoenix for over annually, I had been informed in-May that I had a need to resubmit various different types and info, government transcripts, etc. I had been informed repeatedly that the required information was posted and that I desired nothing else. I had been informed come September first anything could be looked after and that I might obtain my extra resources. It's today the 2nd week into July I've nevertheless not gotten something. I'm informed each week that another thing must be posted, then I'm informed it had been declined per week later and also to resubmit with increased info. It has been ongoing for weeks now. I'm incomplete outrage. I've 3 kids to take care of and rely on these resources to take care of my loved ones and educational requirements. I've been guaranteed these resources and also have gotten nothing. I've straight-as in college when I have all-along. I really do exactly what is needed. I thought we would not work-this year to ensure that OI might concentrate more on my training in order to supply greater for my loved ones, my spouse operates full-time about 55 hours per week. I do want to understand what the problem is below. I've significantly more than gained this and am being handled extremely badly. I've approached my economic therapist, my educational counselor and also the supervisor of my financial consultant repeatedly. I'd like this problem solved today.
