My original phone stopped

My original phone stopped working, i called tracfone. After a long wait i spoke to someone who walked me through a processto make sure the phone didnt work. They agreed to send a new phone. That phone didnt work either. I also paid 50.00 dollars for a card that would double my mins. Each time i added mins.in the process of sending phones back and forth... I lost the 44mins. I had on the phone and they never added my double mins... So i wont spend anymore time on the phone with them... I think ill just throw the phone away
