I have had nothing but hard times with my Direct TV. I have had 5 techs to my house and 4 HD DVRs. I spent 8 hours on the phone with people who do not care about anything. Then I found out how to get someone from the office to give you a call back. Email them on their website, and they email you back. I finally got their email and a response with their secret 800 number. The 800 number is:
