Price changing scam. Tracfone not customer orientated. Will RIP you off and say "I SO SORRY, BUT NOTHING WE CAN DO AT THIS TIME" Miami Florida

I've had a tracfone for 3 years. Paid for a double minits for life card 8 months ago. I've always purchased the 49.99 (250) minits Tracfone card, which I would recieve 500 minits. Just recently Tracfone changed the prices on thier cards. Yesterday I asked a clerk for a 50 dollar tracfone card. She shuffeled through some cards that are behind the counter, scanned a card, took my money as I waited for the reciept with the pin #. After leaving the store I entered my pin # and shortly recieved a message congratulating me for activating my phone into double minits for life. WHAT??? I didn't ask for a double minits card. I already have that.

So is it the stores fualt? The double minits card is the only one now that cost 49.99. But it says in BIG letters DOUBLE MINITS. I called Tracfone to try to resolve this. Two different supervisors and two other operators all said "I sorry, this very unfortunate, but nothing we can do at this time, Cards are non-refundable. And it is the stores fualt" Wait a minit, Tracfone IS going to get my 50 dollars. Tracfone can look at their computer and see that I already had double minits for life, and they can see that I entered a pin for another double minits card (which does not include minits) They are able to add minits to my phone via computer but they refuse to and acknowledge they are getting my 50$ with nothing for me in return.
