On many occasions we've attempted to-order pay perview ballgames from Direct TV as well as in the center of each sport they misteriously set off. For instance nowadays I named and requested Auburn vs. Wyoming sport and fifteen minutes in to the sport it moves down. I then contact Direct TV not when but twice and both customer support representatives. Explained two different stories. It seems that NO BODY at Direct TV understands what is happening. And of course allow it to come a rainshower and you will ignore viewing the stations you purchase. Are clients actually returned when these specific things occur? NO however they need their cash every month or your support is disconnected. Poor Support, Bad customer service! I'dnot recommend anyone to buy Immediate TV, nicely not if you like appropriate support. I believe they ought to draw their advertisements about their fantastic support since within the real life it generally does not occur.
