I just received their letter in the mail (with my current address). I closed my account with Columbia House in 2004. I called Columbia House to let them know that I do not have a balance. They looked up my name and prior address and confirmed that I did not have a balance and to disregard the letter. Then something told me to look up Nationwide Collections. I saw the rip-off sites (that pissed me off further). So I called them and left a message, since they didn't show any * and put a real person on the phone.
