Columbia House reported me to SKO Brenner American stating that I owe $123.82. The last time I received something from Columbia House I was informed that I owed under $20 for shipping and handling.
Columbia House sends customers monthly featured CDs or tapes that they do not request and charged the customers for them. I never received a letter from Columbia House stating why I owe $123.82.
