The worst, the worst, the worst! We've had this support for over 3 years. It's been regularly POOR. Poor service/party, poor client service, poor specialist service. First, we purchased a HD recipient this past year from Direct TV. This year, when he requested another and desired to transfer last-year's to a different space, they informed us it had been OUTDATED. What?! Subsequently, after purchasing a minute one, NONE of the HD stations function - plus, the standard stations ceased functioning too! We skipped all season initial week! Today, I'm sitting here awaiting an 8-12 specialist to reach. It is 11 am. I simply got a phone from Mail informing he is working late and certainly will not be below till 2pm! Umm, we've CAREERS, that will be exactly how we purchase this poor support! I'm so angry that I will barely talk. Purchase Comcast, if you don't wish to join this disappointed membership!
