I have no complaints with tech support. They have been very kind and helpful when I have called and solved the problem or helped me to do so.

Customer Service and billing!!! That is another story. It is like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I dont blame the reps. I blame the training between uverse and phone and cell usage. Get it together, you guys getting the big bucks!!! The bonuses.
