AT&T Uverse
Hard to reach support and heavily scripted phone operators

I have been having ridiculous trouble getting customer support for AT&T Uverse. The website is terrible - impossible to find a number or email address for 24/7 support. Billing support requires one to go through set office hours. Telephone operators are heavily scripted and not genuinely interested in customer concerns. Planning to disconnect my services, Cell, iPad, UVerse internet, etc. Unacceptable
