DVD Rentals
Bad service

TV & Radio

I recieved a gift card for this place last year for a year subscription. I had to enter my credit card info (stupid) to activate this account.in October, husband and I knew would be up in a couple months so we knew we should cancel now so we do not for get about it. Since we rarely recieved a movie from them and 1/2 time was stuff we never knew we added to our que.

Now to why my complaint. I recieved a charge to my bank that I am renewed for a year for $182! Well we know we cancelled this account we both where sitting right there when we did it. It never shows cancel since it was to end in December. I email them since you can't call them. And I get that I needed to cancel before expire date and that there is no refunds? Well I did cancel, just like they said. I feel I am getting the run around on this.
