Rip-off will take your money & you will not receive anything from them harassing no good

I enter into this "credit card" company almost a year ago. I never recieved anything from them except the bills that were cominng directly out of my account.
When I called them to ask where my stuff was the said that they had already sent it out. I told them that I had not recieved it yet but there is money out of my account.

They told to cancel all I would have to do is fax them a letter and they would cancel my membership but that they could not refund my money.

I did this, I thought that I was out of the company. Now nearly a year later they are sending me a re-up for membership and saying that if I don't respond they wuill just take the money out of my account.

When I called they said that I had to fax them my request. I told that I had already fax them in April. THey said that they had never recieved anything from me. I tried to explain to them that I would not have enough time to fax them anything because I was leving country in two days and they told me that if I didn't fax them or write them then they would still take the money out of my account.

I tried to stay calm but hey wouldn't listen to me. So now they will probably be taking more money out of my acount and there is nothing that I can do. I Hope that anyone who reads knows this. Do not use cca. Teo word to decribe this company is RIP OFFS!!!
