Ripoff fraudulant practices failure to allow cancellations

I simply requested information about card and the next thing I knew was they took 159.00 dollars out of my account. I tried several ways to cancel and was told if I cancelled before I recieved my card I would forfeit 50.00 dollars because it had already been processed. The person I spoke with told me that if I was not satisfied once I recieved my card and filed within 60 days for cancellation I would get 100% refund.

Since I recieved my card they have taken 30.00 dollars more for filing card info with credit bureau without notice to me and have charged me for calls to customer service number and put my account into negative, charging me activation fee. Then charging my account for insufficient funds.

All I have wanted to do was cancel something that never should have taken place to begin with. I hope that this nightmare stops soon and someone needs charges filed for ripping people off this way if this is a legitimate company then someone in charge must be sleeping because you don't do buisness this way anywhere or any time it is a simple ripoff
