Tatasky: no sign, no response

Tata Atmosphere no longer working at my home for 4 times. No body replies the telephone at customercare despite half-hour of keeping. Have tried 7-8 times previously. No reaction to issues on site. Where are these men covering? This really is absurd and there must be a method to consider this to customer court. Is there? I will comprehend issues getting period, but here-there is simply no reaction, how can one-get to these folks.
