Bought a Viewsonic 32" TELEVISION and also the device won't switch on. I approached the organization on DECEMBER 12 and talked to some company representative. He explained in the beginning the device wasn't in guarantee. I sent over my bill demonstrating obviously that it had been in guarantee. They stated they'd contact me in 3 times to teach me on the best way to obtain the item for them for fix having a RMA #. I've gotten no-call nevertheless even today. I've tried calling their workplace/guarantee division over twelve occasions since that time and am on-hold all night. Each time I contact no real matter what period of your day, their on-hold period is definitely more than 60minutes. Exactly what a total stomach of time. The corporation doesn't have customer support and it is difficult to obtain in touch with anyone there.
Over per month and half went by but still no-contact with Viewsonic - appears like I got screwed out-of $900.00.
