Noticed last month this charge i called they said since info didnt match i would get credit i have called them 3 times and all info was wrong why did they do this Dallas Texas

Someone is in fault and its not me its my credit card my address dont even match you would think they would contact to ok things like this now after saying wait 15 buissness days for refund i get run around now. Idenity theft and fraud

I plan on even going to police department and calling better buisness burea ect i want stop till someone pays
