I've the standard criticism that everyone has, Diret Television needs me to cover something they didn't provide. I've had the service today for five times and I've had small issues bad party and needing to change my recipient off and on to obtain sign again and about the eleventh morning I totally lost support. I contact customer care to have my support ended do to they'venot let-up to there area of the contract. They inform me they might perhaps possess a technology out to repair the issue in less than four times and because of the trouble they'll not cost me for that times of missing support. I proceed to inform them I'd like my support ended. They inform me obviously they are able to end my support, but you will see a $300 dollar termination charge for that two-year spoken contract I created about the telephone. For just one, because when did a mental contract within the telephone from somebody that hardly speaks language become legally binding. Minute, did not they split the contract first by not providing the support that I had been informed I had been receiving.
