I began my service in July under a $200 gift-card marketing for beginning support. Our statement would be 106.00 per month. Our first issue was instant after I noticed they didn't have all my televisionis put up for that correct providers. Then I discover that the double HD-DVR package just provides hd on a single television. Then I'd to include one more hd container to be able to get my providers put up right. The web wasn't set up right and that I used the very first week of my support about the telephone together looking to get everything put up. While my first statement come it claims 269.34. Another section of my contract was free installment, another telephone call to customer support to obtain that mounted. Our next statement is 175.00, another phone plus they stated that I had been misquoted but I saved my estimates and informed them that that's not my issue. Within this time my Web went out three times for all hours at the same time. Today it's March and that I haven't obtained my gift-card therefore, once more, I've to contact customer support in order for them to inform me that they can get my $100.00 gift-card right out. I stated what; I registered under a $200.00 promotion and that I was informed that there is no such promotion which the document which was resolved in my experience that arrived within the email in July was I figure of my creativity. Therefore today in the end this bull I've to find and discover a bit of document to show that I'm due a-200 dollar giftcard. This individual really stated that I had been laying to try and get cash that merely do not deserve. If anybody occurs to perhaps have this promotion it'd truly help me to show that I'm not really a liar and make sure they are recognize their contract as well as using this method I do want to have all documents to be able to get free from this contract without costs and that I may employ a lawyer to cope with this problem, I've never been handled so poorly and had such horrible support.
