I had been known by to direct tv its cheaper than electronic cable although not that significantly cheaper. The only real positive thing I will state would be the stations are a great deal better. I had been simply mounted on 8/31/07 with 1 space deploy with a few of the toughest developed technicians I've actually noticed I got them 4 1/2 hours to set up 1 space having a dvr (I ought to of started them out in those days) and them come to discover it had been mounted improperly with dvr must have 2 wire traces from meal I just have 1 and so I can't report 2 applications or may I recored 1 display while viewing another I named the client support and that I let you know they're the toughest customer support department I've experienced I called five times and could talk to repetitions they usually transferred me towards the deploy department then I'd get disconnected after calling five times and waiting 20-25 minute to talk to somebody I chose to email them. I did so obtain a e-mail received notice that somebody may cal me in twenty four hours you know what that never occurred... When i finally got through following the automatic program held confirming an appt that happened on 8/31 now is 9/4/07 i was able to speak to a rep that told me they can send another tech out in 1 week to correct the installation but there would be a 49.95 fee i had to pay over the telephone with cc or bank card??? Yes right no silly created with this brow then i tell her why do I've to pay for charge if was not mounted properly she claims that due to my information I've to pay for the charge (what info) title, tackle... I expected to get a boss which lady occurs the range who claims she an excellent nevertheless when i informed her aswell I'm not spending the charge she requires to place me on-hold to determine if she may renounce the charge (ummm your a boss you ought to be ready to create that choice at that time... I let you know I'm in the stage where I'll stop and proceed elsewhere phrase charge or not... We as customers spend their wages if we-don't spend they do not receive money they ought tonot be permitted to handle individuals in this way plus they have to be halted.
