Bad customer treatment

Mediacom, desmoines okay my wire was turn off nowadays not due to nonpayment it had been simply overdue and also the cause it had been overdue is my father died in july and next I had been hospitalized twice to get a severe problem, mediacom didn't care actually I delivered the cost entirely for them they explained twice about the telephone used to donot have it therein their time today actually it had been merely a week late never been overdue before never got a late-notice these were rude and uncaring of my scenario, I thought people cared for others I suppose I had been incorrect oh incidentally I'm handicapped. I've been an extended term client of theirs but still they didn't care they stated I had been accountable for the email support not them. It's a depressing evening when businesses handle great clients like nothing. I'll be buying new organization, I simply needed anyone to understand how mediacom does enterprise, thanks.
