DVD/VCR combo unit

We bought the DVD/VCR device Design 320 in March. After just a couple weeks it'd quit saving and wouldn't report on DVD. We delivered it set for repairs twice and lastly about the third-time they delivered us another device. Sadly, it had been a re-manufactured device along with a unique design 330. It'll not report at-all and wont actually consider empty drives. Today Samsung wont do something about this. Should you ever need help do not actually allow them move one to government customer care. That's simply the method of stating we're delivering one to several individuals who may cope with your criticism and state NO! Terrible method of coping with people. We highly recommend that you simply NEVER purchase any type of Samsung item ACTUALLY!
