Terrible customer service!

I'd probably the most terrible encounter with Mediacon, I swicht my telephone company for meadicom by Dec, and that I truly regret it. I'm working from home, and jobb comprises in obtain inbound phone. I actually donot have support for 3 times, I contact Mediacom to discover who had been reckless for this. The Customer Support rest in my experience and blame the another Organization for this case. I named in the Boss of the another organization to make sure who was accountable, and I'd him within the line from my cellphone, after 7 occasions or even more occasions to lay in my experience, they do not recognize that I was documenting the discussion as well as I've the Boss in the another organization within the point, who explain that his organization was not responsible for that. Mediacom technical assistance Support do not have a term to said.

Terrible poor customer support, rude, disrespectful, and liars. I'm likely to consider appropriate motion, enough is sufficient they cant play with people lifestyle and careers. I'm single-mother I will shed my career due to Mediacom as well as I shed 3 times of function. Never consider that support.
