Samsung S4 is a crap phone and the worst service provider. - Samsung 30# slimline HDTV

Bought Samsung S4 and from day one I started facing problems. It gets very hot within 5 to 10 minutes. Hence I got it replaced, and then even the 2nd device was faulty, it was not getting charged at all.
When sent to the authorised service centre, the technicians says that it's a software problem, wherein it's hardware problem.
Samsung S4 is a highly priced cheap phone, worst service and illogical employees.
