Deceptive advertising/Not delivering on promised items

Whenever we quit Comcast, the support representative stated "you will be back within six months." And was he actually right. There have been many products guaranteed whenever we requested the support which have not been shipped. I've truly been lied to by what continues to be shipped, supplied on the bill etc. And none of it's arrived at move. The final problem was that people were likely to get a discount book of 12 records for 12 free payperview techniques. I've named 6 telephone numbers and also the last representative explained to contact several that "isn't any longer operating." The change wasn't worth all the complications.
