Shipping delay, terrible quality

I do want to reveal my unfavorable encounter using the Canadian organization

Http://www.russian-video.net/. I bought VCDs and about 35 DVDs out of this organization.

1. The standard is terrible (after five minutes of DVD/VCD enjoying, the drive stops and there's nothing can be achieved to repair it - I take advantage of my pc and multiple-videoplayer - exactly the same impact on both);

2. Our purchase was sent to me in 2 weeks so long as I e mailed the organization every additional day-to drive my purchase through (PayPal declined to assist me to complete anything about it);

3.5 of 35 drives requested by me were changed with unapproved additional films (nevertheless, I acquired the apology in published).

I don't actually wish to begin returning these drives since it will have a year when possible whatsoever.

I'd definitely enjoy if anybody can provide me any guidance.
