Avoid this company and not even sign up for their fake trial period

I had signed up with HindiFlix for a 14 day trial period of DVD rental on 8/29. I canceled the service before the trial period ended on 9/11. They still charged me $19.95 indicating that my trial period had ended on 9/10. I am not sure how they got to that date.

They not only charged me once but twice. When I asked them to refund both charges, they said that they were only aware of one charge and that they were not going to refund it.

So, in effect they charged me the highest fee for a 1-month rental service when I had actually used their service for only 14 days.

They have a poor collection of movies and even more pathetic mailing times. My advice to any unsuspecting customer is to avoid this company and not even sign up for their fake trial period.
