Keep getting cash from my account

I'd prefer to document a criticism against a DVD membership Columbia home. They have been terminated with by me 24 months before and nothing is received by me from their website. Today a sudden all they retain getting cash out-of my bill. Today due to it I acquired to maintain processing Conflicts with my lender. I actually donot fit with them and nothing is received by me from their website. But this want to obtain information about how to document a complaint against them and is being a frustration.
