Terrible customer service - Awful Customer Service

I don't know why we were so stupid to get Direct TV. They have continuously breached their contract. We have had to call every single month for 14 months because there is something wrong with the bill. You can never talk to anyone that can solve anything. If you are thinking of getting this service you better think again. You will have nothing but trouble
