Service is going down hill

I`ve had Comcas t for 10 years now. The Service use to be wonderful. Now its horrible. Does anyone speak without an accent??? I was on the phone for hours. I was disconnected 3 times. The wait when I re-called was very long. It took 4 different people before I was helped. I was given the wrong equipment at the service center so I had to return it. 2 hours on the road. Talk about about being pissed off. They used to have tech savy people who never hung up on me. So so sad.
