Still no service

I have not got Direct TV yet and maybe never will, but I have spent the last two days and last week before trying to get service. Here goes...
Was told three different prices for a Genie and lied to.
After that was lied about qualifying for auto bill pay.
Then I had a Sept 29th appointment and called to add a HD DVR recorder and they said my appointment would then be September 6th, so I said no to the HD DVR recorder. Did not matter to him and he changed the date without my consent. Then I call back for these "escalations" everyday while they never notate them. Later that week I get a manager who says that I got a date on Saturday from 12-4. They NEVER came. I am pissed and call a manager. He says, "I am gonna make it right." Gives me a Genie, $10 off for 20 months, and lets me do auto bill pay. I told him that was all great but I need the service. He said he would call me back the next day by 3pm. NEVER DID! I call back all pissed and they said I am not getting the Genie, auto bill pay, or the $10 off!!! I am livid and tell them to listen to the tapes. They said they would and would call me on Monday. They NEVER call!!! So on Monday I get a guy to set my appointment up for the next day 8am-12pm. Later I get a manager to give me all the stuff they previously promised me and he gave an extra $5 off for a year. Get an email later that night saying my appointment is six days later than I requested. ABOUT TO STAB ANYONE RELATED TO DIRECT TV NOW! I spent all day today 9:30am-5:40 pm calling Direct TV and I do not know what I will do when I see the Direct TV people. I might go POSTAL and do something I will regret. So they tell me that they cannot fuck with other peoples orders and do mine even though I get fucked over constantly! Besides that their department that deals with the technicians never called also. CURRENT COUNT — 6 promised call backs (Even one where I begged him a few times to call me)&one call back which was very late from their promised time.

These people are retards with no college or probably no high school education. They said they cannot give me anymore discounts. Well when ya fuck me over again you better give me some cash or ill sue you or go into an office and kill someone. SO ya, still have not got Direct TV yet!
