Did not sent $200 rebate

I signed up from the comcast triple play and was told that I would get a $200 hundred rebate check. It was been 3 months and I have not received anything. I called Comcast today (4-14).
The representative didn't know anything about it. He gave me a web address and told me maybe they would be able to help me out. The address was checkmyrebate.com and I phone number of 1800 631 0258. I didn't get any answers - the place was closed. I comcast is giving me the run around.
