House Fire Forced Move, Then $315 Fee for No Line of Sight

I had a house fire 2 weeks ago which forced us to move after losing everything in the up stairs of out aparmtne we found a new place moved in and called dish to move our services. Well now they can't get a line of sight signal and are forcing me to pay a 315 cancellation fee and will not work with me at all I called customer service I was hung up on my wife was hung up on so they are telling me I have to pay for a service they can't provide. Thanks dish great service
