Poor buisness - Direct TV Satellite Service

Direct TV you disgust me!!! After an hour and 15 minutes on the phone no resolve... As I disconnected my service I said to the person supposedly helping me..." Let me get this correct... You can not send a tech out to repair my faulty service for 2 weeks at $50, You can not fix the problem by walking ME through steps to reset, unplug, go outside check connections etc. Which in turn makes you fully aware the fault is in the equipment so I will spend 2 weeks recovering from major surgery without a tv, Yet you are going to charge me $80 to disconnect my service so I can change to a different carrier who can get me tv. And to top it all off charge me for the last month in which I have called 5 times to try to get this resolved" Her reply "Yes Ma'am" REALLY???
