Horrible customer service

Once you decide to go with someone else at the end of your contract. You send your equipment back and they say they didn't get it and want 450.00 equipment fees. Then when you don't pay it. They go after your grown children to pay your debts. My son who is married and bought a house of his own was told unless he paid my 560.00 balance he could not have service with them. It is not his problem and until this date he knew nothing of this problem as it was over 5 years ago. Terrible customer service and they are proud of the fact that they push people around. Wo actually won. They still did not get paid and they lost a potentially new customer. They are jerks. Stay away.
