DISH doesn't work

Many problems over the years but the last month we can't get any signal most nights. My husband is disabled and watching TV is essential for him. MULTIPLE calls. Found out never ever RECORDED that we called! Told something different every call... Told couldn't help me b/c I didn't know security code one time, one time told the problem was my TV. Told a technician coming out and promised one month refund by an "advanced technical support" person with an Indian accent. Technician never came. When I finally got a technician here a week later, AFTER A MONTH, turns out the DISH box/DVD was defective! And there was wiring issues on the roof! They refuse to refund any service for past month... Then customer service offered $5 a month for 6 months ($30?!?! When we paid close to $80/mo for nothing).

GO ELSEWHERE... You cannot do worse. Our neighbor here in the condo buidling never could get a technician... He fixed the wiring himself! (We have had bad weather in Chicago this spring... Wouldn't you think they might consider that a legitimate complaint?) Also, technician sold/marketed to me immediately a WiFi connection and then could not get it to work with the printer! Go elsewhere
