Dish Network
Technician ran his van across our newly seeded lawn - Dish Satelite Network

We are long time customers of dish network when we notified them we're moving and would like to have them schedule a technician to install our receivers the day of the move they had agreed and promised it would be taken care off between 8am and noon.
When Jeff (technician) arrived we went over the work order - he stated that he could finish the install without help - (this is prior to starting) and he wouldn't install just one receiver without customer service approval - after talking to Shaun (customer service supervisor) he agreed that he will instruct technician to start work and leave the work order open until next day. Jeff got into his van was on the phone for ten mins than drove away across our newly seeded lawn without notifying us and not staring or completing any of the task agreed by Shaun.
When we called customer service we were told that technicians are rescheduled for the tomorrow between noon and 5pm. Next day dish network didn't show, we are still withou service and now our lawn looks ugly.
