Comcast has the worst customer service - cable tv

We went to Comcast and got a dvr box took it home hooked it all up then the box would just turn on for 45 sec and say: bbot" then shut off and not turn back on, called them all they said was they would have to charge us for a service call and when I told them I was not paying for anything due to it being their fault she said that I would have to pay if I wanted it fixed, so we are taking it all back to them what terrible service they have do not trust them
