Constantly over-billed and robbed

When my husband and I moved to Austin tx we had one cable box installed in our apartment, and we got the cable/Internet package. We were constantly being billed $200.00-300.00 a month for a $89.99 service! We called customer service many times and were told that the system was updating and we were even and didn't owe anything because of the cross payments and bills, well unfortunately TWC does not stick by what their employees say because even though we paid every month and never missed a payment they still demanded over 2x the payment we should have paid them. Dealing with them and being 9 months pregnant was a nightmare, it caused me so much stress! We finally cut off services with them and returned our devices (I took a picture to make sure they couldn't accuse us of anything!) and paid the ridiculous made up balance to get them off of our backs. The funny thing is both of my brother in laws work for TWC and even they are having the same issue! (and cable is basically free for them) I will NEVER in my life go back to TWC and even now I'm leaving out so many details about how rude customer service was to my husband and I, and how they argued with us for hours on the phone when we wanted nothing more than for them to quit stealing money from us! We were broke for months after my daughter was born because of the $1,000 money they falsely overcharged us.
