I have had Internet services through us cable. My services were disconnected. I was not made aware that my services would be turned back on after I paid a past due balance. My internet was not working... I assumed it was not turned back on... Which was fine because I was going to keep it off for the summer then turn it back on. I was just notified that it was going to be shut off due to non payment... They reported it was turned on on their side and since I didn't call to complain that it was off I have to pay for that month of service. I am very upset... They should have the decency to at least credit my account for the time it was not working and keep me as a customer... instead they insist I pay for the time it was not on. What happened to customer service? If this issue is not resolved... I will never use US Cable again.
