Never showed up for appointment

I am beyond livid due to the customer service i have received from bright house! I cancelled my service and set up an appointment for them to come and pick up their equipment. They never showed up. So I called and rescheduled the appointment. This has happened 4 times already without them showing up. Also, I received a bill for not returning my equipment. This is beyond horrible customer service.
