Phone Payment of $44.99 Charged as Pay-Per-View Order

On oct 06 payed my dish network bill bill was 132.58 on the 6th of oct we paid 86.00 and on oct 07 we paid 44.99 now to day we get a new bill for 183.10. I called dish network and ask way i have a charge of 44.99 from the7th of oct and they said that the payment of 44.99 was for a ppv.
No way we called on the 7th of oct to make a payment not pay for a ppv. We nver order ppv. So dish network told us tobad u ordered it and i must have push the rong button on the phone. But how can that be when i was talking to a dish rep. Thay just want money good going dish on riping off a lady with MS
