Dish network bill

I just got off the phone from dish network for a bill I recieved after cancelling 3 months ago, we moved from idaho, but 10 days before we moved I cancelled, they agreed that I called to cancel but they did not disconect from their office so even though I can prove I called to cancel and moved 3 months ago, they are still going to charge me, what??? Are they crazy or what? If I hadn't of signed a 2yr. Commitment here in utah for dish (which I have been a steady customer for over 20 yrs.) I would have gone to cable. I am really frustrated. I will not pay the bill that is not mine, no matter what.
